Different Ways to Enjoy "Me Time."
Be safe - Be wise - but most importantly Be Kind.
The sudden spread of the Novel Corona Virus has understandably caused a lot of people to worry. But there is no point in panicking.
Amidst all the chaos, everyone should do their best to stay safe.
Clean your hand regularly and thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Most cities have shut down their malls, theatres and schools. So understandably, most of us are stuck at home these days.
But instead of panicking, worrying and stressing - why not use this time wisely and make the best of this experience.
1, Spend quality time with your family and friends at home. Cook together, play games, watch movies at home.
2, Gyms have been shut too but you can still work out at home. I highly recommend learning Yoga at home, watching youtube videos. "Yoga with Adriene;" on youtube is amazing.
3, This is probably the best time to reconnect with your higher self and heal your energy body through meditation and ascension healing.
4, Catch up on your to do list that required you to be at home.
5, Use this time to figure out your true passion. Maybe you can finally make that switch from your 9-5 job that drains you to a career that feels more fulfilling. Make a step by step game plan to pursue your passion. Figure how you can effectively transition out of your current job.
6, Be Creative - journal/ write / play an instrument.
7, Catch up on all those books, you didn't have time to read. -
8, Expand your mind - watch documentaries and read articles that help you understand your purpose in life.
